Bubs is a 2-year-old gray tabby built like a linebacker, but with the heart of a big, soft marshmallow. He loves treats (truly the way to his heart), top-of-head rubs, back-neck scratches, and those perfect side-cheek scritches. Hit the right spot on the back of his head and he’ll give you his signature piggy snorts — …brrrr…brrr…brrrr… — and might even plop onto his side in pure bliss.
Bubs is learning the joys of being an indoor cat and already has favorite comforts: sunny window beds, cozy cat naps, cardboard boxes, packing paper, couch lounging, and hanging out with the resident cat. If you’re looking for a silly sweetheart who plops over for scritches, Bubs is your guy! 🐾
Cora

Cora is a sweet, social little lady who loves being around people—kids included! She’s quiet and gentle, but she’ll happily speak up when it’s time to eat or play. Cora is a big fan of scratches, nuzzles, and cuddles, and she’ll gladly soak up all the affection you can give.
Small but fearless, Cora loves to explore and will quickly make your home her personal playground, hopping up to new vantage points and chasing her favorite toys. She’s the perfect match for a family ready to shower her with love, attention, and plenty of snuggles.
If you’re looking for a loving, playful companion, Cora might just be your girl!
Georgie & Nacho
Meet Georgie & Nacho
These two handsome orange brother kittens are Whitney’s babies and are now settling in at the café. At almost five months old, they’re at the perfect age to learn, grow, and let their personalities shine. While they’re not quite ready for adoption yet and will be available in February, they’re here now to get the socialization they need to thrive.
Georgie and Nacho both love to play—chasing toys, wrestling with each other, and burning off that classic kitten energy. They’re still learning that people are safe, kind, and loving, and each day they’re making progress. With gentle interactions and patience, they’re discovering that humans bring food, fun, and affection—and that being loved feels pretty great.
Time at the café will help these boys continue to build confidence and trust, preparing them to become wonderful companions in their future forever homes. Keep an eye on these two—big hearts are loading
Nola
Meet Nola 🧡
(Available for adoption but not currently at the cafe)
Nola is a one-year-old orange beauty with a story of strength and resilience. She was rescued from the streets while pregnant and went on to do an incredible job raising her six babies, making sure each of them was loved, safe, and ready for their next chapter. Her kittens will be up for adoption this weekend at the shelter—and now it’s finally Nola’s turn.
With motherhood behind her, Nola is rediscovering her independent, playful self. She enjoys playing, absolutely loves pets, and is very people-oriented. She’s affectionate and enjoys attention, soaking up all the love she missed out on before rescue.
Right now, Nola isn’t a big fan of other cats. She’s still transitioning and decompressing after motherhood, so she would do best as an only cat or in a home that can give her time and space to adjust.
If you’re looking for a confident, loving girl who has already given so much and now deserves to be spoiled, Nola is ready to be your one and only. 🐾🧡
Wednesday
Wendy, aka Wednesday, is the kind of cat who makes herself part of your life instantly. She’s incredibly friendly, adores people, and believes that whatever room you’re in is exactly where she should be too. A true little shadow, Wednesday will happily follow you from place to place, trilling softly as if she’s keeping up a conversation and checking in on what you’re doing.
She loves to play and throws herself into games with happy enthusiasm, making playtime a fun and lively experience. After she’s gotten her energy out, Wednesday is more than happy to curl up nearby so she can stay close to her favorite people. Whether she’s supervising your daily routine or settling in for some quality cuddle time, she just wants to be part of it all.
While she thrives on human companionship and bonds deeply with her people, Wednesday prefers to be the only cat in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. Rico Suave

True to his name, Rico is smooth, sweet, and overflowing with love. He’s the kind of guy who will dramatically flip and flop at your feet, proudly offering his belly for pets (and yes, he actually means it). Resistance is futile—Rico knows exactly how to turn on the charm.
Rico is an excellent biscuit maker, kneading with pure dedication and heartfelt commitment. He doesn’t mind being held, truly enjoys soaking up affection, and is happiest when he’s close to his people. Whether he’s leaning into pets, lounging nearby, or supervising your day from a comfy spot, Rico just wants to be part of your world.
While he’s mostly a laid-back lounge expert, he does enjoy a little bit of playtime to keep things fun and interesting. He’s the perfect balance of relaxed and playful, making him an easygoing companion for many types of homes. Helen
Meet Helen! Helen is an outgoing little girl who gets so excited for pets that she’ll pop up on her back legs to meet your hand. She’s full of playful energy and loves darting around the room chasing spring toys, always ready to turn anything into a game.
When she’s ready to relax, Helen is just as happy to curl up on your chest and soak up all the cuddles for hours. She does great with her current foster feline friends and enjoys curiously watching what they’re up to. Come meet Helen and fall in love with this sweet, playful cuddlebug! 🐾
Barnaby
Meet Barnaby, a laid-back sweetheart who has mastered the art of relaxation. You’ll often find him soaking up sunbeams, lounging comfortably, or snuggled up for a cozy cuddle session. Barnaby has a calm, loving presence that makes him the perfect companion for quiet afternoons and peaceful evenings alike.
While he’s generally a chill guy, Barnaby does have a playful side! He has refined taste in toys, but a fake mouse is always worth chasing, and laser toys bring out his excitement and zoomies. Mealtime is also a big event — that’s when his relaxed demeanor turns into adorable enthusiasm!
Barnaby isn’t easily fazed and does well around dogs and groups of people, making him a great fit for many types of homes. With his gentle personality and affectionate nature, Barnaby is ready to bring comfort, companionship, and lots of love to his forever family. 🐾
Simon
Simon is a very friendly, sweet boy who warms up to visitors right away and makes everyone feel instantly welcome. He loves being close to his people and will happily follow his foster mom from room to room, just to see what she’s up to. One of his favorite things to do is flop over, stretch out dramatically, and soak up all the pets—especially when he’s fully stretched out and ready for maximum affection.
Simon is comfortable being picked up and held for a bit, making him a wonderful cuddle companion who truly enjoys human touch. He also has a playful side and really loves wand toys and plastic or fabric balls that he can chase around—and even carry in his mouth, which is always adorable to watch. He’s a great mix of affectionate and fun, keeping life entertaining while still being a total sweetheart.
When it comes to food, Simon definitely enjoys his dry food and likes to take his time with wet food, sometimes eating it right away and other times coming back to it over the course of a few hours. He absolutely loves water and is especially fascinated by drinking from the sink with a tiny stream running—it’s one of his quirky, endearing habits. Simon has perfect litter box manners, uses his scratching pads regularly, and enjoys looking out the window to watch the world go by. He’s not a big talker, but he does have a soft little chirp and trill from time to time that makes his gentle personality shine through. With his friendly nature and loving heart, Simon would make a fantastic addition to just about any home. 🐾
