National Kidney Month
In honor of National Kidney Month this March, Marcie’s Angels Cat Cafe is going green for a cause close to our hearts. We’ll be lighting up the cafe in green and inviting our community to join in by snapping a photo with your favorite kitty, wearing green, or showing off your green glow right here at MACC. Share your photos, tag us, and you might be featured on our page as we spread awareness together.
Kidney disease impacts several members of our MACC family, which makes this month especially meaningful to us. Your support helps us shine a light on an important cause while celebrating the love, joy, and connection our cats bring every day. Game Day!

Prom Dress Collection
This March, Marcie’s Angels Cat Cafe is proud to host the MACC Prom Dress Collection — a special donation drive helping teens feel confident and celebrated on prom night. We’re collecting gently used prom dresses and tuxes to benefit The Olive Branch, a community space supporting children and teens through DCF. Every donation helps create a magical moment for a student who deserves to shine.
Drop off your formalwear at our cafe at 3039 Main Street in Glastonbury and be part of something truly meaningful. Whether it’s a gown, a suit, or accessories, your generosity can turn a donated outfit into a night to remember. Let’s come together to make prom season brighter for our community. ✨
Swiftie Session
Get ready for a paws-itively magical afternoon at Marcie’s Angels Cat Cafe with our Swiftie Session! 🎶🐾 Join us on March 21st at 12:00 PM for a cozy, music-filled hangout where Taylor Swift tunes set the vibe and our adorable cats provide the cuddles. Whether you’re a lifelong Swiftie or just love a fun, relaxed atmosphere, this session is all about good music, good company, and happy cats.
During this 50-minute session, we’ll be streaming Taylor Swift while you relax in the cat lounge, soak up the vibes, and enjoy some creative fun. 💖✨ Friendship bracelet making is included—perfect for trading, gifting, or keeping as a little souvenir of your time with us. It’s the ultimate blend of chill and crafty, with cats weaving in and out to say hello.

Coins for Cats
Every cent makes a difference when it comes to saving lives. Throughout the entire month of February, we are launching our Coins for Cats drive to support Protectors of Animals as they prepare for the upcoming kitten season.
This time of year brings an influx of tiny newcomers, and the costs for essential care—including spay/neuter surgeries, life-saving vaccines, and microchipping—can be overwhelming. By donating your spare change, you are providing the vital resources needed to ensure these cats are healthy, happy, and ready for their journey toward a loving home.
Kitten season may be demanding, but with your help, we can turn a handful of quarters into a lifetime of purrs. Whether it’s the loose change from your cup holder or the jar on your dresser, your contribution directly impacts local feline rescue efforts and helps us find every cat their "furever" home.
