café environment with the companionship of friendly, adoptable cats. Our goal is to provide a
relaxing and enjoyable space for our guests, where they can savor high-quality beverages and
snacks while interacting with our feline residents. We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled
individuals to join our team as Cat Café Baristas.

• Job Summary:

As a Cat Café Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages
and baked goods while ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will also play a
key role in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the café.

• Key Responsibilities:

- Beverage and Food Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, and specialty
drinks.
- Prepare and serve baked goods.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and café area.

 

•  Customer Service:

 - Greet and engage with customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations and answering any
questions about our offerings.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.

• Café Maintenance:

 - Ensure the café is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning tasks and restocking supplies.
- Report any maintenance or inventory issues to the café owner.

• Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar food and beverage service role is preferred.
- Genuine love for and interest in cats, with a basic understanding of feline behavior and care.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and cleaning activities.
